Does your shop accept returns?

All items are described as accurately as possible, vintage items WILL have some signs of wear and tear unless stated otherwise. Please remember that these are vintage items and have been previously owned and used, especially linens. These are not new items and have been enjoyed previously by another owner. I do not accept returns on items, but if there is a problem with the item you purchased, please contact the shop in order to resolve it quickly and professionally. I want all of my customers to be happy and I will work with you to handle any issue you may have with your order. Thank you! Insurance is recommended on all fragile items. If your item is damaged in shipping, please contact me IMMEDIATELY with photographs if possible.

What condition are vintage items in?

Note about all vintage items: They are sold in used, as-is, pre-owned condition. Vintage and antique items by nature have some wear, imperfections and signs of use, age and time. I do my very best to describe and picture all items and note any damage or wear if there is any. Please feel free to message me for additional photos or information before purchase. If you order linens, please note that some may be washed, but I do recommend you rewash when you receive them do to storage or handling. Also, if there are stains or spots, that will be noted in the description. Linens are tricky because they have been washed and handled for years, but I try to only list the ones I find in the best shape. Thank you!

How long does it take to ship an item?

I try to package everything and ship it out 2-5 days from purchase. If there is any weather event on my end or the buyers that needs to be taken into consideration during ordering. I purchase all shipping labels through Etsy/USPS and provide tracking. I This is a small operation, please be realistic about handling time. I can't ship within 24 hours or overnight unless you pay extra for it. If you need something quickly, please communicate that before you purchase an item or request expedited shipping services. I currently only ship within the US, please contact me if you are interested in International shipping rates. Thank you.

What if my item isn’t what I expected?

I HIGHLY ENCOURAGE all customers to please read entire descriptions on all listings. My descriptions note the condition of the item or ANY FLAW, MISSING PIECE, ETC. I try to be as transparent as possible so there are no surprises. Leaving negative feedback because you didn’t read the description is unfair and just mean. I will always be happy to work out any issues with my customers, my ultimate goal is for you to have a positive experience, but being upset about something CLEARLY LISTED is not my fault. My items are vintage, all at least 20 years old so there is going to be signs of prior use and wear, please be aware they aren’t brand new. Thank you so much for shopping with me!!

My item says delivered but I don’t have it. My item says out for delivery but I don’t have it yet.

Please have realistic expectations with deliveries and realize I am not personally responsible for lost, delayed or stolen packages. If your item says delivered, there is NOTHING I can do on my end. I am not a large company, I don’t have the ability to absorb the loss when I did everything on my part correctly. Claims do not reimburse my cost if it says delivered. You will have to file a claim with USPS on your end. If you are expecting a delivery by a certain date and the package has been sorted through USPS and in transit, please realize this is NOT WITHIN MY CONTROL. I have no ability to make it move faster or control the delivery time. You will have to contact USPS with tracking info and questions. Thank you!!

Can I request a cancellation of my order after 12 hours?

I do try and accommodate all requests within reason. If you purchased an item and want to cancel after 12 hours I have the right to decline if the order is already shipped or packaged. Larger orders and amounts over $100 will not be credited after the 12 hour period. Please make sure you actually want the item you buy. Thank you!!

How much is expedited shipping or upgraded shipping?

I have expedited and upgraded shipping options available at checkout. I CAN NOT give exact quotes on shipping on my end without knowing exact weight and size of package. I can do my best to give you an estimate, but I won't know exact cost until I purchase a label. I will always reimburse for overages over a $1.00. Please realize I keep my shipping prices as fair as possible and any expedited or upgraded shipping costs are extra.

The coat is in excellent vintage condition and is very clean. Originally retailed for around $179, original store tags were in pocket, not sure it was ever worn.
