🌸 Welcome to WildbloomQuilts - bold, colourful folk-art quilt patterns for makers who love vivid, joyful projects. 🌸

⚠️ TECHNIQUE - PLEASE READ FIRST: RAW-EDGE FUSIBLE APPLIQUE
This is a raw-edge fusible applique pattern. The templates print at FINISHED SIZE with NO seam allowance and NO dashed turn-under lines, and they come as numbered full-size layout sheets - not as separate cut-out pieces. You trace each shape onto paper-backed fusible web, iron it to your fabric, cut on the drawn line, peel, press it in place, and stitch over the raw edge with a blanket or narrow zigzag stitch. Paper-backed fusible web is required. This is NOT a turned-edge / needle-turn pattern, and there are no dotted seam-allowance lines to turn under.

This jubilant folk-art cat is a riot of jewel-bright colour, its boldly geometric face rendered in sweeping patches of purple, teal, green, orange, and red against a dramatic black background. Golden whiskers fan out from a cream muzzle, warm amber eyes gaze with quiet intensity, and every piece of the design has the satisfying solidity of a traditional cut-paper motif brought to life in fabric. Curving branches laden with green leaves arc around the cat like a living wreath, bursting with cheerful blooms in red, royal blue, sunshine yellow, and violet. The result is a lively, symmetrical composition that is immensely satisfying to build piece by colourful piece, making it a pure joy for any quilter who loves bold contrast and folk-art charm.

Every pattern in this shop is my own work, from the first line to the last page. I draw each design by hand as an original vector illustration in Adobe Illustrator, then develop it into a ready-to-sew applique pattern - every cutting line, every fabric colour, every template page and instruction. Each one takes time and a lot of care, and I hope that comes through when you stitch it.
