PetCare Pro is an interactive offline HTML pet-care planner for keeping multiple pets’ health, vaccination, medication and everyday care records together. It is a digital download that runs locally — not an App Store/Google Play app, PDF planner or spreadsheet. No subscription or account is required.

Made for pet owners who want one place to organise care for one pet or a whole household. You can check upcoming care, record what happened at a vet visit, follow routines and review changes over time without juggling separate notebooks or files.

WHAT IT HELPS YOU DO
Create pet profiles; keep health, vaccination and medication histories; plan appointments; track food, exercise, grooming, weight and expenses; and see summaries and charts based on the information you enter. The dashboard is interactive: add, edit, search and filter your records, then print selected pages or reports where your browser supports printing.

HOW IT WORKS
Download the ZIP from your Etsy purchases in a web browser, then extract it before opening the HTML application. Read the included instructions, open the extracted HTML file in a compatible browser or HTML viewer, and enter your pets’ information. After download, the app can be used offline. No Excel, Google Sheets or online login is needed.

DEVICE & COMPATIBILITY
A desktop or laptop provides the most reliable experience. PetCare Pro is a local HTML application, not a native mobile app. Phone and tablet use depends on how the device handles local HTML files. On iPhone/iPad, you may need a compatible HTML viewer; iOS file handling and local storage can vary by device and viewer. Full functionality cannot be guaranteed on every mobile device. If iPhone/iPad will be your main device, please read the included Apple-device instructions and consider this before purchasing.

FEATURES
• Pet profiles: identifying details, contacts, vet and insurance information, allergies and notes.
• Health and care: vet visits, medical history, vaccinations, medication and supplement schedules, appointments and in-app due statuses.
• Daily life: meals, water, exercise and walks, grooming, wellness observations and training progress. Walk routes and distances are entered manually; there is no live GPS.
• Tracking and review: weight trends, pet expenses and budgets, dashboard summaries and charts. Choose from 12 colour themes.
• Records and backup: search/filter entries, print selected information where supported, and export or import a data backup.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW
Records are saved locally in the browser or HTML-viewer environment you use. There is no automatic cloud or multi-device synchronisation. To move records between compatible environments, export a backup and import it manually. Reminders and statuses appear inside the application; it does not send automatic push notifications.

PetCare Pro does not connect to veterinary systems, automatically send records to vets, or upload and store veterinary documents in a cloud account. You can record document references and notes, and manually print or share supported pages/reports with your vet. It is not encrypted medical-record storage.

BACKUP & DATA SAFETY
Use the built-in Export Data feature regularly and keep the backup file somewhere safe. Avoid private browsing and keep using the same HTML file location and browser/viewer where possible. Clearing browser or viewer storage, changing environments or removing the app without a backup can erase locally saved records. PlannerToolLab cannot recover data stored only on your device.
