What materials do you use to make your jewelry?

I use mostly sterling silver (92.5 percent silver) and occasionally fine silver (99.9% silver). I use semi-precious stones and enamel to add color. I like to accent the silver with 14 karat gold-filled (wire and bezel) because it is more affordable than solid gold but still durable. It has 100 times the gold content of gold plate, and can be worn every day. Sometimes I splurge and attach a solid piece of 14K gold.

I do not resize rings. I do not recommend doing this to rings with natural stones. I do not use glue to set my stones, but most natural stones cannot handle some of the processes a jeweler might use to resize a ring. Even synthetic stones have a heat limit.
