To ensure the longevity of your item, we recommend: -Washing inside out with cold water -Using a mild detergent -Avoiding bleach -Tumble drying on low heat or for best care, lay flat to dry -Do not iron directly on the design

Our standard production time is 2-5 business days followed by a standard shipping time of 2-5 business days. We will provide an estimated shipping date when you place your order.

What if I need to change or cancel my order?

Because we start processing your order as fast as possible, we do not accept changes or order cancellations. Please carefully review the items in your cart before check-out as well as the shipping address.

What is your return and exchange policy?

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or defective?

We strive for quality, however, if your product arrives damaged or if there is a manufacturing error please reach out to us immediately, attaching a minimum of two photos. The product design must be in view in the photo as well as the defect; if applicable, folding the item to show both the design and defect is acceptable.
