Every board is cut, glued, and sanded by hand in our workshop from kiln-dried solid maple, the same hardwood professional butcher blocks have been made from for generations. Choose your setup: Classic flat top, Juice Groove for carving meat and juicy fruit, Non-Slip rubber feet for a board that stays planted, or Groove + Feet for both. The surface is finished with our signature Wood Butter a food-safe blend of natural beeswax and mineral oil and a free jar of it comes with every board. Care is simple: hand wash with mild soap, dry upright, never the dishwasher, and rub in a thin coat of Wood Butter about once a month.
