Blade will be slightly stiff fresh off the printer - rock blade back and forth and do a couple tricks to work it in

Print with brim
Lightly sand bottom of print if handles do not touch in open position by default

100% Infill
PETG (or PLA, ABS, etc. - ABS could be good for repeated falls on a hard surface)
