Once upon a time, these tiny leather boots belonged to an equally tiny pair of feet.

Dating to the early 1900s, this darling pair of antique infant button shoes is crafted from soft ivory-toned leather with scalloped button flaps, stitched leather soles, and little white domed buttons. Their beautifully timeworn surface bears more than a century of age, giving them the kind of genuine character that simply cannot be recreated.

Perfect displayed in a vintage nursery, tucked into a baby-room vignette, placed beneath a glass cloche, or incorporated into an antique children’s clothing collection. They would also make a meaningful decorative piece for a baby shower, christening display, photography prop, or family heirloom arrangement.

Approximate Age

Early 20th century, circa 1905–1915.

Each shoe measures approximately:

4.25 inches long
1.75 inches wide
2.25 inches high

These shoes are in wonderfully timeworn antique condition and are being offered as a decorative collectible.

I have chosen to leave the tissue/paper that is used as stuffing inside and have not removed or replaced it.

They show substantial age-related discoloration, spotting, surface wear, creasing, scuffing, and general patina throughout the leather. There is wear around the stitching and edges consistent with their age. One original white button is missing, leaving five of the original six buttons present.

The leather soles show wear but remain attached. Please review all photographs closely, as the aged condition is an important part of their history and charm.

Because of their age and condition, these are intended for display only and not for infant wear.
