The picture of the item is extremely deceiving. It looks like a massive pillow, however this is not the case. I will say that it is my fault for not double checking the dimensions listed, as they are listed 12 in x 20 in. That is basically a neck pillow. Again, the photo is extremely deceiving and portrays the pillow to be much larger. The material is also synthetic and is cheap. The colors are not as bold as the photo appears. This is where AI should not be used, because it distorts things. Beware of purchase. I found mine to be a waste of money and I will not be using it.

I understand that everyone has different expectations, but I encourage customers to carefully review the product dimensions and description before purchasing to ensure the item meets their needs. I am disappointed that this design is printed on the fabric vs. being an actual knit or woven item. That might be on me for not reading the description and thinking about how it could be interpreted, but if you're looking for a knit or woven fabric, this isn't for you. Construction is great, however.

Thank you for your feedback! I’m sorry the pillow wasn’t what you expected. The plaid design is printed onto the fabric rather than being an actual woven or knitted plaid, as described in the listing. I understand how the design may have given a different impression, and I appreciate your feedback. I’m glad to hear you were pleased with the construction!
