Great looking cloak. Good quality arrived on time
⭐ 1/5 — I would not recommend this shop. I ordered a specific custom cape and received a completely different item from what was shown and ordered. The seller admitted in Etsy messages that their team made a mistake and sent me the wrong cape. What made the experience much worse was how they handled their mistake. Instead of simply sending the correct item, the seller repeatedly asked me to pay an additional $30–$40 in international shipping to receive the cape I had already paid for. I refused to pay additional money to correct the seller’s fulfillment error and had to open and escalate a case through Etsy. After reviewing the photos, listing, and messages, Etsy determined that the item I received was “significantly different” from the listing and issued me a full refund.
