⭐The White Lace Experience ⭐

ORDERING:
Ordering your wedding stationery should be exciting—not stressful! Simply select your desired options and quantities from the drop-down menus, then enter your email address in the personalization box (excluding sample orders).
Once your order is placed, you'll receive an online questionnaire within 1-2 business days to collect all of your wedding details. During this step, you'll also have the opportunity to customize your wording, fonts, and colors to create a suite that's uniquely yours.

SAMPLES:
Samples are available for purchase so you can experience the quality of our printing, paper, and craftsmanship before placing your full order. Please note that all samples are pre-printed with generic wording and cannot be personalized. Custom digital proofs are created once a full invitation order has been placed.

PROOFING:
After your completed questionnaire is received, designing your personalized invitation suite will begin. Your first digital proof will be emailed within 2–3 business days. Your order includes three complimentary rounds of revisions to ensure every detail is just right. Additional revision rounds may incur a design fee of up to $20 per round.

When you're completely satisfied with your design, you'll receive a final approval contract to review and sign before production begins. Please carefully review your proofs for spelling, grammar, dates, addresses, and event details. Once final approval has been submitted, any additional changes may require reprinting and additional charges.

To keep production on schedule, we kindly ask that proofing be completed within two weeks of receiving your initial proof. Orders that remain inactive beyond this timeframe may be closed.

PRODUCTION:
Every invitation suite is professionally printed, carefully handcrafted, and assembled in our studio—we never outsource our printing or provide editable templates. We take great pride in creating luxury wedding stationery with exceptional attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.

Production typically takes 2–3 weeks following final proof approval. We do not offer rush production. Every invitation suite receives the same level of care and attention, regardless of order size. Maintaining a consistent production schedule allows us to create each order with the quality and craftsmanship our couples deserve while remaining fair to everyone in our production queue.

If you've added guest addressing, production will begin once we've received your completed White Lace Designs Address Template. To ensure the highest level of accuracy, we can only accept addresses submitted using our provided template.

SHIPPING:
Completed orders are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely and beautifully. Domestic orders ship free via USPS Ground (2–5 business days), depending on your location.

What if I need to remove the RSVP Card?
- Any piece of the suite can be added or removed if necessary. Just ask for a custom quote!
