Damaged or defective items will be replaced with an identical item. No exchanges or design changes can be made on defective items. Please contact us immediately if there's a problem with your order. To expedite a reprint, send photos of the damaged item. Note that we don’t offer reprints due to spelling or grammatical errors in the text you submit with your order.
