You’re always welcome to reach out to us for custom or personalized orders. We can adjust or personalize any design you love from our shop for an additional fee. You can also send us your own design if you have something special in mind. Feel free to contact us for more details — we’re happy to help!

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to request a change or cancel your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We generally can’t accept cancellations or modifications once the order has moved into production, but we’ll always do our best to help. The sooner you contact us, the higher the chance that we can accommodate your request. Please note that we can’t guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible, and we may need to decline the request if the order has already been processed or shipped. Some orders are fulfilled within just a few hours, but if it’s still possible to step in, we’ll happily assist you.

If there’s any issue with your order — such as a misprint, damage, or a defect — please reach out to us within 2 weeks of receiving it. When reporting a problem, please include clear photos showing the issue so we can help quickly. If the mistake is on our end, we’ll take care of it at no cost to you. We’re always here to help, so don’t hesitate to contact us with any concerns about your order!

Orders Lost in Transit

If you think your order may be lost in transit, please contact us within 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Packages are usually considered lost after being in transit for more than 10 full business days (or 35 days for international orders). If we confirm that your order was lost, we’ll happily send a replacement at no cost to you. Just reach out — we’re here to help! If this happens, please message us as soon as possible so we can sort things out together.

My package was marked as "Delivered" but I can't find the package

If a package is marked as “delivered” by the courier but you’re unable to locate it, please note that we may not be able to cover the replacement cost. We’re always happy to look into the situation from our side, but the recipient will also need to contact their local postal carrier to help track the package, as they have the most accurate delivery information. If this happens, please reach out to us right away — we’ll work together to find the best possible solution.

If an order is placed with an incorrect or incomplete address and the courier is unable to deliver it, the package may be returned to our facility. In this case, the buyer is responsible for the reshipment cost once a corrected address is provided. After the package arrives back at our facility, there is a 7-day window to arrange and pay for reshipment. This applies to all orders, including large and international shipments. Please note that full refunds cannot be issued for orders with an invalid address. We are not able to verify or correct addresses on behalf of customers, so please double-check your details at checkout. If this situation comes up, just reach out — we’re here to help

PRINT & QUALITY
Each shirt is professionally DTG printed with eco-friendly, water-based inks.
The ink absorbs into the fabric (not layered on top), so the print stays:

✧ Crack- and peel-free

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
✧ Wash inside out, cold, gentle cycle
✧ Tumble dry low or air dry
✧ Avoid bleach and fabric softeners
✧ Do not iron directly on the print
💧Please wash your item inside out in cold water before wearing!💧
The DTG print is treated with a water-based solution after printing to help preserve the print quality and durability for years to come. This treatment may cause a slight vinegar-like smell at first, but it disappears completely after the first wash.
Lighter garments may also appear slightly yellow if exposed to sunlight before the first wash.

Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and the garment-dye process — this variation is normal and part of what makes each shirt unique.
