📏 PRODUCT DIMENSIONS & MATERIAL:
• Solid Sashes: 5" x 52" – Made from 100% organic linen. Naturally textured with an elegant look. Linen may wrinkle easily but it smooths out beautifully with low-heat ironing.
• Tartan / Buffalo Stripe Sashes: 5" x 58" – Made from 100% organic cotton. Softer with a bit more structure, easy to iron, and holds its shape well.
• Embroidery: Finished with viscose embroidery thread for a smooth and refined look.

🧼 CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
To keep your sash looking beautiful for years:

• Spot clean or gently hand wash in cold water only.
• Use a mild detergent (avoid bleach or harsh chemicals).
• Do not tumble dry – lay flat or hang to air dry.
• If needed, iron on low heat, preferably with a cloth over the embroidery to protect it.
• Store flat or loosely rolled to prevent creases.

🔁 REFUND / REPLACEMENT POLICY:

• Most of our items are made to order, so returns or exchanges are not accepted unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
• Requests for refund or replacement due to buyer error (such as incorrect size, design, or color selection) cannot be accepted.
• Please double-check all order details before checkout, or contact us as soon as possible if your item has not yet entered production.
