Due to the custom nature of our items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or requests for alterations after delivery. Please communicate any special requests or preferences through Etsy messages during the ordering process. We can only accommodate requests that are communicated to us. Because all items are made to order, we do not offer refunds or cancellations once production has begun. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
