🧶 Our Complete Handmade Process
1. Design Development
Each rug begins with an original design created in our workshop or customized based on the customer’s requirements. We carefully plan colors, textures, and pile variations before starting production.

2. Raw Material Selection
We use a combination of Indian wool and New Zealand wool, selected for their strength, softness, and durability.

New Zealand wool provides softness and a premium finish
In some designs, we also use Tencel fibers for added sheen and texture.

3. Hand Dyeing (Wool Dyeing Process)
All yarns are dyed manually in small batches. Each color is carefully matched to achieve the desired tone and consistency.
Due to the handmade dyeing process, slight variations may occur, which make every rug unique.

4. Hand Tufting Process
The design is transferred onto a canvas, and our artisans use a hand-tufting gun to insert yarn strand by strand. This is a fully manual process done with precision and care.

5. Carving & Texture Work
After tufting, the rug is sheared and hand-carved to create high pile and low pile textures, adding depth and dimension.

6. Backing & Finishing
A strong backing is applied using adhesive and fabric to secure the yarns. Edges are neatly finished to ensure durability and a clean look.

7. Final Finishing & Quality Check
Each rug is trimmed, cleaned, and carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards.

NOTE: For rug sizes from 1 to 7 feet, the rug will be shipped fully rolled. For sizes larger than 7 feet, it will be shipped in a folded roll. However, there is no need to worry—if the rug arrives folded, simply roll it tightly and leave it for 24 hours. After that, lay it flat, and it will gradually settle and flatten over time.
