How do I access my digital files?

Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email from Etsy with a download link. You can also access your files by going to "Your Account" > "Purchases and Reviews" and clicking the "Download Files" button next to your order. ⚠️ Please Note: If you are using a mobile phone, the Etsy App does not support downloading files yet. Please log in to Etsy via a mobile browser (like Safari or Chrome) or use a desktop computer to download your files.

Can I return or exchange a digital item?

Due to the nature of digital products, I cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the files have been downloaded. However, your satisfaction is my top priority! If you have any issues with your order or the file itself, please contact me immediately, and I will do my best to resolve it for you.

How can I print my files?

You have a few great options: Home Printer: Perfect for planners and smaller art prints. Local Print Shop: Stores like Staples, FedEx, or your local professional print shop offer high-quality printing. Online Services: You can upload your files to services like Vistaprint, Shutterfly, or Snapfish and have them delivered to your door. Tip: For art prints, heavyweight matte paper or cardstock usually gives the best results!

Can you resize a file or make a custom design?

Yes! I am happy to resize a file for you free of charge if you need specific dimensions. For more complex custom designs or personalization requests, please send me a message before purchasing, and we can discuss the details.

How long does a custom design take?

For most design services, you'll see first concepts within 24-48 hours after you send your details. For book covers, I confirm the timeline after reading your brief. Have a deadline? Message me before ordering.

Can you format my paperback cover for Amazon KDP?

Yes. Send your trim size, page count and paper type, and I'll build the full wrap (front, spine and back) to KDP's sizing, bleed and spine width.

After my original cover artist flaked I was in a rush to find someone new. Scouring redit pages pointed me towards etsy and I found DigitarMercato. One short message and a purchase later and I had a beautiful cover. He listened to every direction and even worked with me when my paperback cover wasn't formating right for KDP. I have 2 more books in this series and I will be using DigitarMercato for both of them as well
