“Absolutely incredible! I'm honestly so happy with how the picture of Mali turned out. The communication was amazing from start to finish, and they were so lovely and easy to deal with. You can really tell how much care went into it, and the finished piece is just so special. I absolutely love it and couldn't recommend them enough!”

🧵 About Our Handmade Process
• Every portrait begins with the photo you send us. To capture your pet's true character, we may use AI-assisted tools in the early stage — simply to study the photo and understand their features, expression, and markings before we begin. From there, each portrait is handmade entirely in wool felt — sculpted, layered, and finished stitch by stitch.

• Because every piece is made by hand, no two are ever identical. Slight variations in shape, colour, expression, and hand-lettering are natural — and they're exactly what makes your handmade portrait one of a kind. Rather than an exact copy of the photo, think of it as a warm, handmade keepsake inspired by your best friend.
