Every design has been created exclusively for Tia & Tilly Co. and is available individually, allowing you to choose a matching set or mix and match your favourites to create your own unique furniture makeover.

Each wooden knob is individually hand-painted before being carefully assembled with a premium printed design and crystal-clear resin dome.

### Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

All Tia & Tilly furniture knobs are individually handmade to order specifically for each customer, according to the design, size and finish selected when ordering.

Because these items are made to the customer’s specification and are not supplied as ready-made stock, **I do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.**

This includes, but is not limited to:

* ordering the wrong size
* choosing the wrong design or finish
* ordering too many or too few
* deciding the colour or design is no longer suitable
* deciding the item is no longer required

Please check all sizes, quantities, designs and finishes carefully before placing your order.

### Cancellations

As work may begin shortly after an order is received, **cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has been placed**. Please contact me immediately if you believe you have made an error with your order.

### Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, is materially different from the listing description, or I have accidentally supplied the wrong item, please contact me through Etsy as soon as possible and include photographs of the issue. I will work with you to put this right.
