“It was ok, I thought the tracker visuals matched the thumbnail layout with colors and typography (i'm a graphic designer and I take design very seriously) but it does not match the delivered product. But I'm still using it nonetheless.”

Specifications

Your machine tells you how many hours the mask was on. It does not tell you whether the afternoon got easier. This Sleep Apnea CPAP Therapy and Energy Tracker puts both in the same row: last night's numbers on one side, how the day that followed actually went on the other. Over a few weeks that pairing is what turns a vague sense that things are better - or that they have quietly slipped - into something you can look at.

A morning entry takes about a minute. Copy across the numbers your machine or app already shows you: hours used, residual AHI, mask leak, mask-off events, and the therapy score if yours reports one. Then add the part no device can see - how groggy the morning felt, how sleepy the day got, whether you napped, how the mask itself felt on your face. There are columns for time in bed, night awakenings, nasal congestion, morning symptoms like dry mouth or headache, your main sleeping position, and alcohol in the evening. The rough-night factor drop-down covers the things CPAP users actually watch for: alcohol, congestion, allergies, a cold, back sleeping, a worn cushion, a late bedtime, a short night, travel.

The Equipment and Supplies tab is where cushions, headgear, tubing, filters, and the humidifier chamber stop being a guessing game. Record what you use, the date each item went into service, your own supplier's replacement interval, and the next swap date. When mask leak starts creeping up, you will be able to see how old the cushion is without hunting through emails.

The Therapy Changes tab is the one people wish they had kept from day one. Every pressure adjustment, mask change, humidity step, chinstrap, or nasal spray gets a dated row with your average hours and AHI either side of it and a short note on how it felt. Instead of telling your clinician you think the new mask helped, you can show them the fortnight before and the fortnight after.

The Dashboard does the arithmetic as you log. Four summary cards and three charts update on their own: full nights used this month, average hours used over 30 days, average daytime sleepiness over 30 days, and your most common rough-night factor. A line chart tracks hours used, a monthly column chart shows how your nights add up, and a pie chart shows where your rough nights are clustering.

What you get is an eight-tab Excel workbook (.xlsx) that also opens in Google Sheets: Start Here, Daily Log, Dashboard, Mobile Entry, Equipment and Supplies, Therapy Changes, Sleepiness Scores, and Appointments. Sleepiness Scores keeps a running history of Epworth or other results your provider works out, so the numbers live in one place instead of on loose paper. Appointments has room for the questions you want to ask before you walk in. Drop-down menus keep entries consistent, the header row stays frozen as you scroll, and the workbook opens with a few clearly marked example rows - delete them to start your own log.

This is an instant digital download. No physical item ships. After purchase you can download the file and start using it right away, on desktop or on your phone.

How to use it: open the Start Here tab, fill in tomorrow morning's row on the Daily Log, and let the Dashboard build your picture over a few weeks. Bring it to your sleep review so the trends can support the conversation. Please note: this tracker is an organizational tool, not medical advice. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent sleep apnea or any condition, and it is not a substitute for professional care. Hours, AHI, leak, pressure, and therapy scores are stored exactly as you enter them and are never interpreted, graded, or judged by the workbook. Any figure mentioned in the Start Here notes is a general number commonly quoted in patient education, not a target for you - your targets, settings, mask choices, and supply schedule come from your own clinician or equipment provider. If you feel dangerously sleepy or your symptoms change, speak with a healthcare provider rather than relying on a log.
