Who's Responsible for Customs Charges, Fees or Duties when shipping outside the United States?

BUYER accepts this responsibility as it varies from country to country -- LUV2BRD is not responsible to reimburse buyer any import or custom fees, duties or charges related to your purchases. We do our best to ship duty prepaid ... but there are so many regulations in so many different countries to keep track of ... in the end it IS the BUYER's responsibility to pay for these fees if they occur. If BUYER outside of USA refuses a delivery over duty charges or other reasons, then package will likely be returned to LUV2BRD USA and the cost of that international return trip WILL BE DEDUCTED from any refund buyer would normally receive for returned product arriving in resellable condition. TIP: Best NOT to refuse deliveries. Message us instead.

Safe Arrival Guarantee from LUV2BRD

We are shipping you fragile items but we guarantee their safe arrival or else we will replace or refund your order. If your order arrives damaged do not discard any boxes or product!! Here's what to do: within 5 days of receiving your package, provide photo proof. >> A. Take 4 Pics: 1. a clear photo of the shipping label on your box; 2. a photo of the damaged item inside the box; 3. a photo of all the interior packaging and boxes used; 4. a photo of the exterior packing. >> B. Text these four images to 630-277-7736 or send them to us via Etsy message. Once we have photo proof of the damages to file an insurance claim, we will proceed to replace your item or issue a refund. This process can take up to two weeks so please be patient.

Wholesale availability

We do provide products at wholesale for certified retailers. Contact us for more details.

RUSH Orders with Delivery Deadlines

We process orders in 2-3 days (3-4 days on metal) and ship them to you using a reliable, economical shipping service like Fedex Home Delivery, UPS Ground, or USPS Ground Advantage for the USA, or GlobalPost Standard or Plus for international packages. >>> If your order needs RUSHING of any kind to arrive before a specific deadline (birthday, wedding, holiday, publicity event), message us via Etsy to see if we can get it done for you. >>> Know that this kind of expedited service is NOT what we are setup to do, but sometimes we can make it happen. As it will likely require upgraded shipping services and expedited work on our end, you should expect to pay an extra fee to cover those costs, which could be as high as TWICE the price.

Policy Regarding Returns and Refunds Requested & Timelime

You can return any item you recently ordered from LUV2BRD for a refund, if you 1) ship it back to us within 21 days of the day you received the item, and 2) return it to us in its original, undamaged condition. Buyer pays for the return shipping and is encouraged to secure insurance on the package. We will NOT process a refund for any returns received in damaged conditions, as they cannot be resold. Once we receive your returned package, we will examine the contents, confirm with you their condition, and process a refund on your behalf within 30 days during the period from January 1st-August 31st, or within 60 days during the period from September 1st-December 31st.

Surcharges on Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii

Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii that weigh over 8 lbs and require packaging dimensions over 12x12x12 will need to pay a shipping surcharge, which varies by item. Please ADD that Shipping surcharge to your order upon checkout, or we'll ask you for it before we can ship.
