Every key calculation is visible and auditable. Rates identify their numerator and denominator. Pending, not assessed, excluded, reversed, and education-only records do not silently count as correct or as confirmed errors.
The workbook also shows a clear low-volume caution when a provider or coder denominator is below your configured minimum. Focused and convenience samples are not presented as representative of an entire population.
