One Happy Dude Birthday Invitation, Boy 1st Birthday Invite, One Happy Dude Photo, Blue Retro Skater Checkerboard, Animated Mobile Evite

You can add your own photo to this invite, and the name, date, and party details are fully editable to match your little dude's big day. Please note the 'ONE HAPPY DUDE' wording is baked right into the artwork itself, so that part stays exactly as shown.

Picture the dad group chat lighting up the second you drop this one happy dude birthday invitation in there, everyone typing back 'this is so cool' before you even ask. The black and white wavy checkered border wraps around mustard lightning bolts, a little skateboard, and a snapback cap that make it feel like a skate shop party invite, not a cookie cutter card. Right in the middle sits a bold 'ONE HAPPY DUDE' headline with a photo cutout built into the word itself, so your son's face is basically part of the artwork. Add a shaka sign badge and it reads like something a cool older cousin designed just for him. Swap in the party details, pop in a photo, and you have got a birthday invite that actually looks like it matches how fun this kid already is.

WHY THIS ONE HAPPY DUDE BIRTHDAY INVITATION

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

- Animated mobile evite included. Most editable invitations only hand you a flat picture to send. This one happy dude birthday invitation gives you a moving evite that grabs attention in a group text, and almost nobody in this theme offers it.
- Edit it tonight from your phone. You do not need a laptop or a print shop appointment. Type your details in the free Canva app and you have a card in minutes.
- One purchase, two versions. You get the printable card for the party table and the digital evite for the group chat, so you are not buying separate files.
- This template gives you two photo frame style options built in, a simple square and a softer arched shape, so you are not stuck with just one boring cutout like most other invites in this theme
- Reuse with no expiration. Edit it again for the dessert table sign, favor tags, or thank you cards in the same style.

USE CASES

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

- A mom scrolling for a first birthday invite at midnight who wants something skater and retro instead of another plain balloon card, and lands on the checkered border and lightning bolts right away.
- A dad texting the evite link to his buddies from the group chat, showing off the snapback cap and skateboard details before anyone even RSVPs.
- A grandparent asking for a printed copy to hang on the fridge, happy that the black and white checkered pattern actually looks sharp on regular paper too.
- A parent choosing between the square or arched photo frame style to see which one frames their son's face better inside the 'ONE HAPPY DUDE' headline.
- A family building a whole skater themed first birthday, using the same wavy border and lightning bolt look from the invite as their cue for the party decorations.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Q: Can I change the 'ONE HAPPY DUDE' wording or the age on the card?
A: That wording is part of the printed artwork itself, so it cannot be edited, but you can fully personalize the name, date, and party details around it.

Q: What are the two photo frame options for the picture I upload?
A: The template gives you a simple square frame and a softer arched frame to choose from, so you can pick whichever style suits your photo best.

Q: Can I change the one happy dude birthday invitation colors to match my party?
A: Yes. The White and Black colors, the checkered skater badge with lightning bolts, and every text color are editable in Canva, so you can warm it up or keep it soft. If you want a coordinating dessert sign or thank you card in the same look, check the rest of the shop for matching pieces.

Q: Does the animated mobile evite really move?
A: Yes. The evite version has gentle motion that plays when your guests open it on their phone, which is what makes it stand out in a busy group text. You send it as a link or video through text, WhatsApp, or email, and there is nothing for your guests to download.

Q: Can I edit this one happy dude birthday invitation on my phone?
A: Yes. Basic phone editing is supported through the free Canva app, so you can type the name, the date, and the address right from your phone tonight. A tablet or computer gives you a bit more room, but a phone is enough to finish and send it.

Q: Do I need to pay for Canva or design software?
A: No. The template opens in a free Canva account and there is nothing to install. Everything you need to change the wording and colors works on the free plan.

Q: How do I print the invitation once it is done?
A: Download the print ready PDF with crop marks and print at home on cardstock, use a local print shop, or upload to an online printer. The file is sized 5x7 inches, and the JPG is best for texting or posting the invitation digitally.

Q: Will I get a physical invitation in the mail?
A: No. This is a digital template for personal use only and no physical item will be shipped. You receive editable files instantly so you can print or send them yourself the same day.

Q: Can I reuse this for other party items?
A: Yes. There is no expiration on your edits and downloads, so you can reopen the template for a matching welcome sign, favor tags, or thank you cards in the same style. Coordinating designs are available in the shop if you would rather grab a ready bundle.
