Groovy 5th Birthday Invitation, 5th Birthday Girl Invite, Five Is A Vibe Party, Retro Rainbow Hippie Van, Canva Template & Mobile Evite

The "Five is a Vibe" artwork on this invite is part of the design itself, so the age stays locked at five and can't be changed. You can still personalize the name, date, time, address, and RSVP details to fit your party.

This groovy 5th birthday invitation is the one your group chat stops scrolling for, especially when they spot the VW van facing straight forward instead of parked sideways like every other retro invite out there. Set against a soft cream background with a wavy pink, orange, and purple rainbow, checkered corners, and little daisy flowers, it feels like a genuine 70s flashback made for a five year old's party. The peace sign on the van's front bumper is the kind of detail people zoom in on. Whether you are printing stacks for mailboxes or sending a digital copy straight to family group texts, this design brings the good vibes without looking like a copy of every other groovy invite floating around.

WHY THIS GROOVY 5TH BIRTHDAY INVITATION

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

- Animated mobile evite included. Most editable invitations only hand you a flat picture to send. This groovy 5th birthday invitation gives you a moving evite that grabs attention in a group text, and almost nobody in this theme offers it.
- Edit it tonight from your phone. You do not need a laptop or a print shop appointment. Type your details in the free Canva app and you have a card in minutes.
- One purchase, two versions. You get the printable card for the party table and the digital evite for the group chat, so you are not buying separate files.
- Most groovy van invites show the side profile everyone has seen a hundred times. This one puts the van front and center, peace sign and all, so it actually stands out in a sea of retro party invites
- Reuse with no expiration. Edit it again for the dessert table sign, favor tags, or thank you cards in the same style.

USE CASES

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

- A mom planning a backyard tie-dye party pictures the front-facing VW van printed big on the invite and knows it will match her rainbow balloon arch perfectly.
- A grandma asks for a printed stack to mail out and loves that the peace sign and daisy details look just as sweet on paper as they do on a screen.
- A group of friends spot the invite in a family text thread and immediately ask where the groovy van design came from because it looks different from the usual side-view versions.
- A dad setting up a retro-themed dessert table wants the invite's checkered corners and rainbow colors to carry through onto his printed party signs.
- A mom sending digital invites through email wants a design bold enough to catch attention in a crowded inbox, and the front-view van does exactly that.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Q: Is the VW van on this invite shown from the front or the side?
A: This design features a front-facing view of the hippie van, which is different from the side-view style most groovy invites use, so it stands out with the peace sign clearly visible on the bumper.

Q: Can I change the colors on this invitation?
A: The invite is designed with a cream, pink, orange, and purple retro color scheme that matches the checkered corners and daisy details, and this color palette is part of the fixed design.

Q: Can I change the groovy 5th birthday invitation colors to match my party?
A: Yes. The White and Pink colors, the front-facing VW hippie van, and every text color are editable in Canva, so you can warm it up or keep it soft. If you want a coordinating dessert sign or thank you card in the same look, check the rest of the shop for matching pieces.

Q: Does the animated mobile evite really move?
A: Yes. The evite version has gentle motion that plays when your guests open it on their phone, which is what makes it stand out in a busy group text. You send it as a link or video through text, WhatsApp, or email, and there is nothing for your guests to download.

Q: Can I edit this groovy 5th birthday invitation on my phone?
A: Yes. Basic phone editing is supported through the free Canva app, so you can type the name, the date, and the address right from your phone tonight. A tablet or computer gives you a bit more room, but a phone is enough to finish and send it.

Q: Do I need to pay for Canva or design software?
A: No. The template opens in a free Canva account and there is nothing to install. Everything you need to change the wording and colors works on the free plan.

Q: How do I print the invitation once it is done?
A: Download the print ready PDF with crop marks and print at home on cardstock, use a local print shop, or upload to an online printer. The file is sized 5x7 inches, and the JPG is best for texting or posting the invitation digitally.

Q: Will I get a physical invitation in the mail?
A: No. This is a digital template for personal use only and no physical item will be shipped. You receive editable files instantly so you can print or send them yourself the same day.

Q: Can I reuse this for other party items?
A: Yes. There is no expiration on your edits and downloads, so you can reopen the template for a matching welcome sign, favor tags, or thank you cards in the same style. Coordinating designs are available in the shop if you would rather grab a ready bundle.
