How to Order – Custom DTF Transfer

1 – Choose Size & Quantity
The selected size represents the TOTAL DTF FILM HEIGHT (design + margins). The actual printed design will be slightly smaller.
Example: An 8-inch film typically results in a printed design measuring approximately 7–7.5 inches.
2 – Add to Cart & Personalize
Add the product to your cart and enter your personalization requests in the personalization box before checkout.
3 – Review & Checkout
Carefully review your order in the cart, then proceed to checkout or add more designs as needed.
DTF Heat Press Instructions (Professional Use)
(300°F / 10–12 Seconds / Hot or Cold Peel)
1 – Prepare the Garment
Place the garment flat on the heat press. Pre-press at 300°F for 3–5 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles.
2 – Position the Transfer
Place the DTF transfer with the design facing up and the white adhesive side against the fabric.
3 – Heat Press Settings
Standard fabrics: 300°F (149°C)
Polyester: 285°F (140°C)
Delicate fabrics: 260°F (127°C)
4 – Press the Transfer
Apply medium pressure (approx. 60 psi) for 10–12 seconds.
5 – Peel the Film
Peel hot or cold. If peeling is difficult, reduce temperature to 260–266°F (127–130°C). Allow to cool completely if needed. Do not exceed 320°F (160°C).
6 – Optional Second Press (Recommended)
Cover with parchment paper, Teflon, or a silicone sheet and press again for 4–5 seconds to improve durability.
