The shorts feature an elastic waistband and a wider fit to ensure comfort as your child explores the world. They also come with both front and back pocket options to store special treasures. The shorts come with three views:
View A: The Base pattern
View B: Boxer short style
View C: Ruffle hem shorts
They also come with instructions on how to add bias side stripes as an extra fun detail.

This pattern is perfect for natural fibres such as cottons and linens.

The Tommy shorts come in sizes Newborn to 7 years. If you are interested in having these extended into a larger children's size range we would love to know.

The sewing pattern is provided in an instant digital download format in A0 large format, print at home and projector formats. The file also includes size layers that can be turned on and off, for ease of assembling.

The sewing pattern comes with a step by step guide of how to assemble and sew, making this a project suitable for all sewing skill levels including beginners!

The sewing instructions provide guides to size charts, fabric suggestion and fabric quantity/yields.
