Can I change the personalisation on my order?

This is doable, as long as I have enough notice before starting your order. Once I have started to make your order, I am unable to alter the clay once it has been made.

Can I cancel my order?

As long as I am given notice in advance of making your order, I am able to cancel it for you

How long will my order take to make

As my items are completely handmade to order and also being made out of clay they will take a certain amount of time to be produced. Also depending on order amounts in busier periods, making times will be longer. The details of processing times are located on the listing details section.

When will my order arrive?

All my items are sent via Royal mail delivery. Most of my items offer a free standard delivery, this service is the longest service and most circumstances take longer than the Etsy estimated dates provided. There are postage upgrades available upon checkout stage where 48 hour delivery and 24 hour delivery are available

Do you do custom orders?

As everything is handmade to order and customised by hand, its' never a problem to request custom orders and I will do my best to accommodate the custom required

Will my item look exactly like the photograph?

Yes. My product photos show my actual handmade products and are intended to give you a true representation of what you will receive . I do not use AI to alter, regenerate or manipulate the appearance of my products, or apply AI filters that change their shape, texture, colour or handmade details. As every piece is handmade from clay, slight variations may naturally occur between items. These small differences are part of the handmade process and make each piece unique
