There's a problem with my order, help!

While I generally do not accept returns, I want you to be happy with your art. If your item arrives damaged, isn't what you were expecting, or something just goes wrong, please snap a quick photo and send me a message as soon as you can so I can make it right.

How are your items made?

All items are made by me in my home studio in Seattle, WA, from the initial design to the final product. All art and designs are entirely human-made.

How durable are your stickers?

All stickers and sticker sheets are printed on high-quality water-resistant matte vinyl and laminated with water-resistant laminate. They are not UV-resistant, and as such are not recommended for outdoor use, and are best suited for indoor use on surfaces like laptops, water bottles, notebooks, and phone cases. I would also recommend hand-washing water bottles with stickers to keep your stickers looking fresh.

Custom and personalized orders

I make everything myself, so aspects of some products can be customized. Please contact me here on Etsy before placing an order to discuss customization. Examples of customizations I can do: STICKERS (bulk orders only): Size and finish can be customized (matte/holographic). Designs from sticker sheets can also be made into individual stickers. BUTTONS/MAGNETS: Can be customized with any sticker design with any background color. These can be made individually and do not need to be purchased in bulk. EARRINGS/KEYCHAINS: Can be customized with any sticker design or bead color from available beads (for earrings). These can be made individually as well. I am currently closed for entirely custom art commissions.

Wholesale/bulk availability

I am open for wholesale! I'd love to see my art in your store. Please message me here on Etsy or email me at wholesale@forceofnaturepress.com for my wholesale catalog and terms. If you'd like to purchase items in bulk for personal use, events, or for other non-retail purposes, please message me here on Etsy first to discuss before placing your order! I am happy to offer a discount on bulk orders, but am unable to do so on orders already placed.

Domestic orders are shipped with USPS. All domestic orders ship with tracking. International orders are shipped with USPS and handed off to local mail services upon arrival in your country. Letter-sized international orders containing will ship without tracking, to keep rates affordable. Tracked shipping for international orders is available as an upgrade at checkout. Please note that international buyers may be responsible for any customs fees/duties charged by their country. I'm happy to ship to U.S. military bases overseas, but please contact me before you order if you plan on ordering to an overseas base so we can work out shipping costs. I may cancel your order to a base if you order without contacting me first.

Sticker, greeting card, and bookmark order tracking

Orders containing only stickers and/or greeting cards and/or bookmarks are shipped through USPS letter mail. Letter mail tracking is an imperfect system, and relies on letters being scanned as they move through sorting machines, rather than being scanned directly by a worker as packages are. This can sometimes cause quirks in tracking. Letter tracking may show your order as "delivered" when it arrives at your local post office, rather than your address. It will usually arrive in your mailbox by the next day. If it's been more than 2 business days since it was marked delivered and you still don't have it, please message me here on Etsy so I can help. Please note that the above applies only to domestic orders and not international orders.

What happens if there's an issue with my address or my order is returned to sender?

Sometimes USPS flags an address (typos, new addresses, and rural areas are common causes) or returns an order to me after a failed delivery. In either case, I'll reach out via Etsy message and email to sort it out with you as soon as I become aware of the issue. If I don't hear back within 5 business days, I'll cancel and refund your order. Orders flagged before shipping will be refunded in full. Orders returned to me by USPS will be refunded the cost of the item(s) if they are returned in saleable condition. Original shipping charges are non-refundable in cases of incorrect addresses, unclaimed packages, or refused deliveries. If you'd prefer reshipment, buyers are responsible for the cost of reshipment + $0.20 for the invoice.

When should I get in touch about a missing order?

If your order hasn't arrived or seems stuck in transit, please contact me here on Etsy so I can help! For tracked domestic and international orders: If your order hasn't been marked delivered, please message me once it's been more than 5 business days since the last tracking update. If your order has been marked delivered, please message me once it's been more than 2 business days after that. Please see the previous two FAQs for more information. For untracked international orders: If it's been more than 6 weeks since you placed your order and it hasn't arrived, please message me.

Minimal or zero-waste packaging options

I tend to include a small freebie sticker and thank you card in most orders, but if you prefer a minimal package with no extras, send me a message here on Etsy right after you place your order to let me know and I'll leave those out. Please note that I'll still include a packing slip to add structure to the package, and a protective sleeve/inner packaging to protect your item(s). All of my packaging is completely recyclable in most areas, and I would encourage you to recycle or reuse all parts of the packaging.
