Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because our products are made to order and/or personalized specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please carefully review all product details, sizing, color selections, and personalization information before placing your order. If there is an issue with your order due to an error on our part or your item arrives damaged, please contact us through Etsy Messages so we can make it right.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are accepted within 2 hours of purchase. Because design and customization work may begin shortly after an order is placed, cancellations requested after this window cannot be guaranteed. Orders cannot be canceled once a proof has been created or production has begun. If you need to request a cancellation, please message us through Etsy as soon as possible.

What if I approve a proof and later notice an error?

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving all personalization details shown in their proof. Once a proof has been approved and production has begun, The Z Collective is not responsible for errors that were present in the customer-approved proof, including spelling, names, dates, wording, or other personalization details. If you notice an issue after approving your proof, please message us immediately. If production has not yet begun, we will do our best to accommodate the change.

What if The Z Collective makes a mistake with my order?

If your finished product differs from your approved proof or there is an error on our part, please contact us through Etsy Messages as soon as possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement at no additional cost.

What if my package is delayed?

Once an order has been shipped, carrier transit times are outside of our direct control. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed, so we strongly recommend ordering event-related items with plenty of time before your celebration. If your package appears to be significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us through Etsy Messages and we'll help determine the appropriate next steps.

Do you offer rush orders?

Rush availability depends on our current production schedule and the item being ordered. If you need your order by a specific date, please message us before purchasing with your event date and requested delivery date. We will let you know whether we can accommodate your timeline and whether an additional rush fee or expedited shipping is required.

Will the colors look exactly like they do on my screen?

We do our best to photograph and display product colors as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, screen settings, and differences between devices. Because of these variations, we cannot guarantee that the color displayed on your screen will be an exact match to the physical product. If you have questions about a color before ordering, please message us and we'll be happy to help.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

We carefully package every order to help ensure it arrives safely. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us through Etsy Messages as soon as possible and include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you on the appropriate resolution.
