Aurelora climbs straight from the sea in layers of towers, terraces and ornate stone palaces, all caught in the last golden light of the day.

The city follows the cliff rather than flattening it. Bridges connect buildings at different heights, narrow roads disappear through arches and small waterfalls drop between the lower terraces toward the Mediterranean-blue water below.

The highest palace crowns the ridge on the upper right, while domes, towers and arcades continue down the rock face toward the harbor. Small sailing boats near the shoreline give the architecture a sense of scale without pulling attention away from the city.

Sunset is the defining feature of the scene. Warm gold and amber light covers the façades and turns the sea into a long reflective path beneath the sun. Bougainvillea and other flowering plants add deep coral and red accents around the stonework.

A lantern and terrace in the foreground make the viewpoint feel like part of the city rather than a distant aerial view. From there, the eye moves naturally along the coast and upward through the stacked architecture.

The title reads “AURELORA – City of Eternal Golden Light,” a reference to the warm glow that gives this fictional destination its identity.

Aurelora does not represent a real historical city. It belongs to the Cities That Never Were Collection, where imaginary places borrow details from coastal architecture, old-world travel imagery and speculative city design.

The gold, orange, warm stone and ocean tones work well with dark frames, natural wood and neutral interiors. The print suits living rooms, bedrooms, offices, entryways and game rooms, either on its own or beside other fantasy city and architectural artwork.
