The Gilded Descent began with a story.

One of our collectors told us that his young son had been looking through our miniatures and imagining his own narrative around them — a group of wealthy young socialites descending into the hive for illicit hunting expeditions, hiding their identities behind masks, tailored coats and expensive weapons.

We loved the idea.

So we brought it to life.

This fan inspired Legion Wars unit contains 10 unique miniatures, designed as a masked upper-hive hunting cell: elegant, arrogant, inexperienced — and far less prepared for the underhive than they believe.

The Gilded Descent are not hardened hive veterans.

They are wealthy young hunters from above, equipped with polished masks, tailored coats and expensive rifles, imitating the look of true underhive operatives without understanding the danger below.

Their survival depends less on skill than on the designs of a hidden manipulator known as The Broker of Descents — and the protection of the experienced champion forced to descend with them.
