Do you accept custom image or Frame TV requests?

Absolutely! If you have a specific color palette, photo, or custom artwork request for your Samsung Frame TV or wall print, please reach out via Etsy Messages. I’d love to bring your vision to life.

Will I receive a physical product?

All items in my shop are 100% digital downloads. No physical product or frame will be shipped to your address. Once your purchase is complete, you will receive high-resolution files instantly to download, display on your TV, or print at home/print shop.

Will this artwork fit my Samsung Frame TV properly?

Yes! All Frame TV files are specifically created in a 16:9 aspect ratio at 3840 x 2160 pixels (300 DPI). This is the exact screen dimension needed for Samsung Frame TVs and other Smart TVs to look crisp, clear, and like a real museum painting.

How do I transfer the artwork to my Samsung Frame TV?

It’s very easy! Download the high-resolution image to your phone or computer. Open the free Samsung SmartThings app connected to your TV. Select Art Mode, upload the photo, choose "No Mat" (or your preferred mat effect), and set it to display!

What size will my digital file be, and can I get a different size?

Your file will be a high-resolution ISO JPEG (300dpi), suitable for printing common size. If you have a specific print size in mind (e.g., 5x7", 10x12"), please let me know when ordering, and I will create the file to those dimensions.

Where should I print my printable wall art for the best quality?

For best results, I recommend using a local professional print shop (like Staples, Walgreens, Costco, or a local printing house) or online services like Printify or Gelato. Use heavyweight matte paper (200 gsm+) or fine art paper to get rich colors and crisp details.

Do you offer refunds for digital portraits?

Due to the custom and digital nature of our products, we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges once the design process has begun or the final file has been delivered. However, your satisfaction is very important to us, and we are committed to working with you to ensure you are happy with your final portrait through our modification process.

What should I do if the colors look slightly different when printed?

Due to differences in monitor color calibration, TV brightness settings, and printer ink types, colors may vary slightly between your screen display and the physical print.
