Some of the hardest work our adult clients do happens in a room we never see, a family dining room once or twice a year, where the person they have become sits down next to the person they used to be.

This is a 28-page workbook for that room. Twenty worksheets in four movements (before, the role, in the room, after) are written to be given between sessions in the weeks around the holidays and picked up again when the client comes back.

WHAT IS INSIDE

WHO WROTE IT
I'm Alberto Del Bove, a psychologist and psychoanalytically oriented psychotherapist trained in Rome, in private practice with adults.
