I do not accept refunds or exchanges. However, you may contact me within 48 hours of receiving your order if you have any concerns about your order. It is the customers responsibility to open their package upon delivery and inspect it for any issues / concerns.

Items Returned Undeliverable or Unclaimed

Items that are returned to me without prior knowledge and agreement are considered forced returns and per Etsy's policy, I am not required to reship or refund these items. You have 7 days from the day I message you regarding the returned item to claim the order. You will also be required to pay for postage ( even if your order qualified for free shipping the first time). Failure to claim your order or pay for shipping will result in your order / package being abandoned and no refund will be due.

Inappropriate Language

This includes but is not limited to: -Cursing -threatening language -language that is meant to be demeaning Any language that can be described as inappropriate will result in an immediate cancellation of any current unprocessed orders and future orders.

2026 Christmas Orders

The deadline for Christmas orders this year is Dec 6th, 2026. Orders placed after Dec 6th may not make it through the mail in time for a Christmas Delivery. This deadline does not serve as a guarantee of delivery as all packages are handled by USPS and their delivery / handling of packages is out my control. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the order is correct, addresses are up to date and full names are provided for shipping labels. Orders returned by the post office will not be reshipped unless the customer provides a self-addressed prepaid postage label. Orders will not be cancelled or refunded for oversight of this deadline and/or failure to provide full and accurate information on orders/shipping labels.

Ground shipping is the only free shipping option if you spend over $35.00 with my shop. Any orders that select the priority shipping will automatically convert to the standard ground shipping of 3-6 business days. If you would like to upgrade your shipping option, please send a message for a custom listing. The shipping time is in addition to the processing time posted on the listing.
