Yes, we do accept domestic returns for our handcrafted/custom/made-to-order pieces. To receive a full refund, the item must be returned to our studio in the same condition and packaging as it was received within 7 days after it was delivered.

All shoulder pieces are FINAL SALE. All items excluding shoulder and headpieces are returnable. No Exceptions will be made. If an item is returned and it appears to be used, damaged, altered in anyway, no refund can be given. Feel free to contact us with any questions you may have regarding our handcrafted items.

You will need to return your unwanted item and place a new order through our shop. Please return your order in it's original packaging AND with the receipt to the address below. Not including the receipt will delay your return for 5-7 business days.  

Please reach out to us for a return label. Once I receive it, I will issue you a return minus the $6 restocking fee. Processing time will be 3-5 business days after we've received your package.

These bracelets were perfect for my wedding day and really pretty everyday bracelets. They are so delicate. I originally ordered the wrong size and customer service was quick and responsive to help me. The tennis bracelet had a connecting chain that I asked to be removed and it was perfect when it arrived.

Cute, but smaller than I thought it would be. My main issue is that the listing clearly says the materials are gold and cubic zirconia but when I got the bracelet, the card said it was only gold plated. Really disappointed about that, I wouldn’t have spent so much on a bracelet if I had known
