Do you accept returns, exchanges or alterations after delivery?

Due to the custom nature of the item we do not accept returns, exchanges or requests for alterations after delivery. We ask that you communicate any specific requests through our message conversation during the order process. We only know about a preference or request if you specify it in your message. We will always do our best to accommodate your requests!

What if my package is delayed/lost in transit or stolen?

Whistle & Co is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen-- all circumstances which are beyond our control. Once we hand your item over to the shipping carrier it is their responsibility to deliver the item-- please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages. If you suspect mail theft you can obtain the GPS coordinates of the last scan point from the shipping carrier and file a mail theft report with your local police department.

What are the care instructions for this item?

For iron ons, please wash items inside out in cold water, do not bleach, do not dry clean, and do not iron directly on the design. We recommend hand stitching or machine sewing iron ons to garments or other items to prevent peeling or fraying from washing and moderate wear and tear. Whistle & Co is not responsible for peeling or fraying of iron ons if they are not sewn on garments or other items.

My order did not reach me on time. Can I return it?

Sometimes there are delays in transit times across all of our shipping carriers, and these will increase in the holiday season. We cannot guarantee that a shipment will arrive by a specific date, even if the tracking provides an estimated delivery date. We have had cases where a shipment is significantly delayed and shows as unscanned even if it was shipped. You will definitely get your shipment, but we are in no position to guarantee the timeline. We cannot refund or cancel orders if they did not reach on time. If your order did not reach on time, please contact us and the shipping carrier. We try our best to work with you but don't control shipping. Please understand, NO returns are accepted for shipping delays.

For Digital Download Products - Do you accept return or cancellation?

Due to the nature of the digital download file, no refund or cancellation can be offered. If there's any problem with the image please contact us for further assistance.

Do you offer refunds under any circumstances?

There are no refunds since every item is custom. If an item is damaged in shipment we have insured its value up to $100 and you can submit the claim to USPS online to have that insurance amount sent to you as a check in the mail. If you would like more than $100 of insurance please let us know at the time of purchase. Note that when submitting an insurance claim **You MUST have photos of the item and the box/packaging and you must retain the box/packaging to take to the post office if proof of damage is required. Shipping insurance MAY also require that the customer take the damaged item to a waste yard for disposal and obtain proof of disposal. **Note that any damage must be reported to our shop within 48 hours of the package arriving.

Do you offer rush production?

All orders will be processed in our standard 3-7 business days. If you need it SOONER, please reach out via Etsy messenger.

Where can I find instructions for my iron ons?

There is a card included in your package with instructions. Instructions are also in the listing images. If needed, please reach out via Etsy messenger.

Do you offer a preview of items before production and shipping? What if I miss adding requested information in the personalization box?

We work as closely as possible with our customers to make sure they are happy with their items. In most cases, if you reach out and request a preview, one will be sent. If you do not respond to the preview, it will be made and shipped based on that preview image. If a request is made for change, we will accommodate it and send a new preview. It is very important to us to get your order out in a timely fashion. If the requested information is not listed in the personalization box, we will attempt to make contact for that information via Etsy messenger 1-2 times. If there is no response, your order will either be canceled, or made based on the main listing image (ex: font).

How to Order :

1. Input quantity (Default is 1)
2. Click the "Add to cart" button
3. Checkout using the "Proceed to checkout" button

Care Instructions :

🧼 Press hot iron carefully onto iron-on using constant pressure for 10 seconds. Lift iron and continue this method until all areas have been ironed. Do not rub back and forth.
Once in position, place included parchment paper over iron-on. Use a hard, flat surface that is safe for ironing.
Place iron-on on desired surface fabric or felt side up. Be certain it is centered and to your liking.
Set your iron to the temperature setting suggested based on the material you will be ironing. DO NOT use steam.
Wash and iron material the iron-on will be applied to. No fabric softener.
Allow iron-on to cool completely before checking adhesion. If any areas of iron-on have not set into the material, repeat the above process in those areas until it has bonded. Allow to cool.
To prevent fraying or peeling edges in frequently used and washed material, stitch the iron-on to material via hand or machine sewing.
Wait 24 hours after iron-on application before washing. Wash materials inside out using cold water and air dry or tumble dry on low heat.
Do not bleach, dry clean, or iron.
