institution and by course — always check your syllabus and your official grade portal
before relying on any number in here.

WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT

▸ A real weighted grade calculator
Enter each assignment's weight from the syllabus. The workbook shows your weighted
grade so far per course, and exactly what you would need to average on everything
still ungraded to hit your target. If a target is not reachable, it says so.

▸ A workload map for the whole term
Every deadline counted into each week. Four or more in one week shades red
automatically. This is the tab that stops the Sunday-night panic before it starts.

▸ Works in Excel 2007 and newer
No Microsoft 365 subscription needed. Every formula in here works in older Excel
too — which is not true of most trackers in this category.

▸ Five live charts
Status, course, type, priority, and deadlines per week. Built into the workbook,
updating from your own data.

▸ A calendar that rebuilds itself
Change the month and year, choose Monday or Sunday start, and the grid rebuilds

2. Fill in the Setup tab — courses, term dates, target grade
3. Add everything from the syllabus in one sitting, including weights

To use in Google Sheets: upload to Google Drive, right-click, Open with Google
Sheets. Every formula, dropdown and chart carries across.
