Each portrait is individually designed from the photograph you provide, capturing the characteristics that make your pet unique — from their colouring and markings to their expression, ear position, collar and other distinctive details.

Your portrait is finished with a soft muted watercolour arch, your pet’s name in elegant editorial typography and optional breed or wording underneath.

Your print will be carefully designed to create a meaningful piece of artwork you'll treasure for years to come.

Please provide the following when ordering:

Your pet’s name
Breed or short wording for underneath the name
Your chosen watercolour arch colour
Any additional requests
A clear, well-lit photograph of your pet

For the best result, please send a photograph taken at approximately eye level with your pet’s face clearly visible. Please avoid heavily filtered, very dark or blurry photographs where possible.

Each arch has a soft, muted watercolour finish designed to complement contemporary interiors while allowing your pet to remain the focal point of the artwork.

CREATED FROM YOUR PHOTOGRAPH

I aim to retain the individual details of your pet as closely as possible, including their facial expression, head shape, coat colour, markings, eye colour, ear position, collar, tags and other distinctive features.

The finished design has a clean, contemporary style combining detailed illustrated portraiture, subtle watercolour texture and elegant typography.

FRAME MATERIALS

All frames are crafted from durable rigid PVC with reinforced corners for long-lasting stability. Each frame features an attractive wood-grain effect for a refined finish.

The front is fitted with high-quality styrene rather than glass. This durable clear plastic protects your artwork from dust and scratches while maintaining excellent clarity and also provides additional protection during transit.

The reverse of the frame is made from sturdy MDF. Frames can be displayed on suitable flat surfaces and are also suitable for wall hanging.

Please note that glass is not used due to the risk of damage during delivery. The frame shown in the main listing image is for illustration purposes only. Photographs of the actual frames available can be provided via Etsy messages on request.

PROOF / DRAFT BEFORE PRINTING

Previews are not automatically sent.

If you would like to see your design before it is printed, please request a preview via Etsy messages.

Up to 3 complimentary revisions are included, covering minor adjustments and spelling corrections.

Once a preview has been created, cancellations or refunds cannot be accepted.

If a preview is requested, your order will be held for 48 hours awaiting approval. If no response is received within this timeframe, your order will be completed and sent as shown in the preview.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically created and dispatched within 2 business days.

During particularly busy periods, including Mother's Day, Christmas and other peak seasons, processing times may occasionally be slightly longer.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

UK delivery

Print-only orders are sent using Royal Mail 2nd Class, with delivery usually taking approximately 2–3 business days after dispatch.

Framed orders are sent using a tracked Royal Mail service.

Delivery upgrades may also be available at checkout, including Royal Mail 1st Class and Special Delivery.

International delivery

International orders are sent using Royal Mail International Tracked. Estimated delivery times for your destination will be shown at checkout.

Please ensure the delivery address supplied with your order is correct. If an item is returned due to an incorrect address or missed delivery, additional postage will be required before the order can be resent.

PRINT INFORMATION

All prints are professionally produced on premium 230gsm matte photo paper

Frames are not automatically included and are available as an optional upgrade where shown in the listing options.

Please note that colours can vary slightly between different screens and the finished printed product.

RETURNS

As each portrait is personalised and created specifically for you, returns, exchanges and refunds cannot be accepted unless your order arrives damaged or an error has been made with your order.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery so I can help resolve the issue.
