Adjaruli khachapuri: the boat-shaped bread from Adjara on the Black Sea coast, filled with molten sulguni cheese, a knob of butter and a raw egg yolk dropped in at the last second. You stir it all together with the torn-off ends of the crust and eat it with your hands while it is still too hot. Drawn by hand as a warm gold and cream illustration with fine crosshatched linework, printed large on a light shirt.
