Highlights

  • Digital download
  • Digital file type(s): 2 PDF

Builds fine motor control and hand-eye coordination through hole-punching and lacing, the same practical-life skill sequence used in Montessori classrooms to prepare little hands for writing.

This pack includes nine woodland shapes: oak leaf, maple leaf, gold leaf, acorn, berry, pinecone, mushroom, feather, and snail. Each shape comes in two difficulty levels, fewer and larger holes for a first attempt, then more and closer holes once lacing feels easy, for eighteen activity pages in total. A blank design-your-own card is included for children who want to choose their own hole pattern.

22 printable pages, sized for both US Letter and A4 paper, delivered as an instant-download PDF.

What you'll need at home: a hole punch, and yarn, ribbon, or a shoelace with a taped tip for lacing. Cardstock and laminating are recommended for repeat use but not required.

For personal, single-household use. You're welcome to print and use this for your own children, including reprinting for siblings. Please don't redistribute, resell, or share the file itself.
