My order says shipped. Where is it?

I printed my order, and it doesn't look exactly like it did on my computer. What's wrong with the files?

Colors may not print as shown on your computer monitor due to a variety of reasons such as how your screen is calibrated, whether you used the JPG (RGB) or PDF (CMYK), etc. Please understand that exact color matching is next to impossible.

I didn't read that I was buying an instant download. Can I have a refund?

Unfortunately, due to the digital nature of the products, refunds cannot be given. Please get in touch if you need help printing your files.

The files are already set up to be printed and then folded over to create a greeting card in a jiff!

A second PDF file is also provided with the card formatted as a 5"x7" (when folded) standard sized card for your convenience--just print on 8.5" x 11" paper and cut along the dashed lines then fold!

Or you can always adjust the size with your printer settings to any size using the general PDF file with no cutting marks if you'd like an even smaller card.

All of my digital prints are created in Adobe Illustrator yielding a completely vector image which means that you can use the .pdf file to blow it up as large as you would like to suit your space with no loss of quality! Score!
