About wigs:
1. This wig is suitable for a head circumference of approximately 52–58 cm.
2. All wigs are handmade, so the final hairstyle may not be 100% identical to the product photos. Small differences in shape, and details are normal.
3. After receiving the wig, you may need to trim the bangs, sideburns, and hair around the ears by yourself for a better fit. If you would like us to help with trimming before shipping, Please provide the following parameters:head circumference, face length, and face width; the distance from the forehead to the eyebrows and from the forehead to the eyes; the distance between the eyebrows; and the length and width of the sideburns.
4. As everyone's head shape is different, all of my wig styles are created on a mannequin head. If you want the wig to better fit your head, you may need to visit a stylist for further adjustments after receiving it.

Matte Heat-Resistant Synthetic Fiber

Styling Tips:
Braids can be lightly adjusted if needed.
This wig supports low-temperature styling using a hair dryer or curling tools.
Recommended temperature: below 180°C (356°F) to protect the fibers.

Delivery:
Due to storage and hygiene concerns, I do not keep ready-made stock. Instead, each wig is made to order, so please allow 5–9 days for production. Once completed, the item will be shipped out.

After-sales note:
Because this is a handmade style, it is not eligible for return without reason. During international shipping, the hairstyle may become slightly loose or messy due to transportation. Please check the package as soon as you receive it. If there is any issue, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to help.

Wigs that have been specially trimmed or customized according to your personal measurements are considered personalized items. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or personal preference.
Please double-check all measurements and customization details before placing your order.

2. Standard Version – Returns Accepted
Returns are accepted for standard, non-customized wigs in accordance with our shop's return policy.
If you wish to return a standard wig due to a change of mind or personal preference, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Please contact us before returning an item. The wig must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, uncut, and unaltered.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your wig arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the product description, please contact us promptly. We will help resolve the issue in accordance with Etsy's policies and applicable consumer protection laws.
