"A charming patchwork rainbow trout machine embroidery and appliqué-style design featuring a large side-profile fish filled with coordinated floral, gingham, polka-dot, and vintage fabric-inspired sections.

The trout features a long classic fish silhouette with an open mouth, prominent eye, defined gill area, multiple fins, and a broad tail. Warm tan stitched borders separate the individual patchwork sections and create the look of a handmade quilted appliqué.

The upper body combines muted sage and olive tones with simplified dark trout spots, while a dusty-rose floral stripe runs horizontally through the middle of the fish. The warm cream lower belly includes sparse floral accents for a soft cottagecore look without creating excessive stitch density.

Different patterned sections give the fins their patchwork character, including enlarged sage-and-cream checks, dusty-pink gingham, and simplified botanical details. The tail uses a muted blue-gray base with oversized spots and subtle floral accents.

The artwork is optimized for machine embroidery with large, clearly separated stitch zones, simplified fabric-inspired patterns, clean satin borders, and directional tatami fills. Tiny flowers, dense dots, realistic scales, fabric weave, gradients, and other miniature details have been reduced to maintain clean stitching.
