· Days open — turns orange past 21 days, which is usually the point to chase

HOW TO START

1. Open the blank copy in Excel, or upload it to Google Drive and open with
Sheets.
2. Rename any drop-down options you want on the Lists tab.
3. Log applications as you send them — company, role, date, source. That's the
whole habit; the rest is calculated.
4. Open the dashboard once a week. Chase the reds, read the source table,
decide where next week goes.

Ten minutes to set up. Two minutes per application after that.

❓ FREQUENTLY ASKED

Do I need Microsoft Excel?
No. Google Sheets opens and edits it for free, and so do Numbers and
LibreOffice.

How many applications does it hold?
The formulas run to row 207, so 200 applications. Copy the last row down if
you ever need more.

Can I change the drop-down options?
Yes. The Lists tab feeds every menu — rename or add options there and they
appear in the lists.

Are there macros or add-ons?
None. It's an ordinary .xlsx with formulas, drop-downs and conditional
formatting. Nothing to enable, nothing to trust.

Will it work on my phone?
Yes, in the Excel or Google Sheets apps. Editing on a small screen is fiddly,
as it is with any spreadsheet.

Can I resell or share it?
No. It's for your own job search. Reselling or redistributing isn't allowed.

When do I get the files?

It isn't a job board — it doesn't find or send anything. It isn't an app that
