WHAT IT DOES

• EARNINGS PER HOUR ON EVERY PACKAGE
Price, shoot hours, editing hours and delivery cost. In the example, a $180 mini session earns $67 an hour and a $520 newborn session earns $51 — and the newborn session is the one flagged red. That is the sort of thing you only find out by counting.

• THE HOURLY RATE YOUR OWN YEAR COSTS
Weeks you actually work, the share of your hours you can bill, kit and insurance, and the tax you never keep. Every package and every shoot is measured against what comes out.

• EVERY SHOOT, PROPERLY COSTED
Type the package and the fee fills in. Add the miles and the travel is costed at your own rate. Delivery cost, card fee, net and per hour all work themselves out.

• WHAT IS STUCK
Enquiries not yet quoted. Quotes with no answer. Shot but not delivered. Delivered but not paid. Four counts, all red above zero — because stuck is where photographers lose money, not on price.

HONEST LIMITS — please read before buying

• It is not a client gallery or a proofing system. No online delivery, no booking form, no contract template.
• It does not connect to your camera, your studio software or any app. You type the shoots in.
• Tax is not modelled. The set-aside is a percentage you choose — ask an accountant what yours should be.
• Editing hours are the ones you enter. If you underestimate them, the file will cheerfully agree with you.

It will not book you more weddings. It will tell you whether the ones you booked were worth the fortnight you spent editing them.
