HOW IT WORKS
1. Open Rate Card. Enter your all-in hourly cost per role — wage plus payroll burden, not the rate you bill.
2. Open Settings. Set your overhead percentage and the profit margin you want every shoot to earn.
3. Open Shoot Quote. Name the shoot, enter the scope size, and pick a service tier.

Q: Can I build fixed packages with it?
A: Yes, and that is the best use. Cost your three packages properly once, then sell from them with confidence instead of guessing.

Q: How do I price commercial work differently?
A: Add a licensing line as a material at the fee you charge. Usage rights are a separate value from the shooting time.

Q: Does this work in Excel and Google Sheets?
A: Both. Google Sheets: File > Import, or open and make a copy. Excel 365: open it directly. No macros, no add-ons, nothing to install.

Q: What is the service tier for?
A: It scales labor hours for work that is harder than routine. Standard is 1.0, Complex 1.15, Premium 1.30. Enter the hours a routine shoot would take and let the tier do the multiplying.
