My item didn't arrive. What do I do?

Please contact me if your item appears to be lost in the mail or otherwise did not arrive to you within a reasonable time window (2 weeks for USA, 2 months for International). All orders have tracking information to keep the customer up to date with where their order is, but accidents during the shipping process do happen! I am always willing to work with you to get you the items you ordered.

Custom and personalized orders

I can customize: - A signature on prints - A gift note for someone you a shipping to I cannot customize: - Any artwork or merchandise. This includes making any edits to the artwork, material printed on, printing something that is not shown, or creating a custom version that is not already advertised.

All sizing details for the products will be listed in their descriptions. Please make sure you read the item descriptions carefully! I cannot make changes to the size of items or print custom sizes beyond what is listed.

To care for Dakimakuras it is recommended to wash them on a cold setting with a gentle detergent and cycle. It is best to air dry them or dry them on the lowest possible heat setting. Hand washing will always be the best option for keeping the item in excellent condition but the above has worked with great results.

If an item is listed as out of stock but you can still view the item on Etsy it will be restocked, most likely within a few weeks to a month.
