• What is it for? — "Tracking jobs for my mobile dog grooming round" is enough.
• What would you type into it? — Date, customer, price, mileage. Whatever you already write down somewhere.
• What do you want out of it? — "How much I made this month and which day of the week is worth working."
• How much of it? — Roughly how many rows a month, and how many customers, properties, products or people.
• Excel or Google Sheets? — Both work. Say if you will use it on a phone.

2. I ASK ONE QUESTION IF I NEED TO
Through Etsy messages, usually about how you want one number defined. Most orders need no question at all.

3. YOU GET THE FILE WITHIN 48 HOURS
A working workbook with your example data already in it, plus a written guide explaining every tab and every assumption.

4. YOU USE IT, THEN TELL ME WHAT TO CHANGE
One round of changes is included. Not a bug fix — a real change, after you have used it for a week. No extra charge and no time limit.

WHAT YOU GET

• An .xlsx workbook (or a Google Sheets file) with your example data already filled in, so you can see how every column behaves before you type anything
• A written Start Here guide as a PDF: what each tab does, the order to fill it in, every assumption, and where numbers go wrong
• Yellow cells with blue text are yours. Shaded cells are calculated. Red means something worth looking at.
• Dropdowns where a typo would break a total. Conditional formatting where a number matters.
• No macros, so there is nothing to enable and nothing to go wrong on someone else's computer.

• Any currency, any country. Nothing is hard-coded to a country's tax rules unless you ask for it and tell me the rule.

The file is yours. Copy it, change it, use it for as many years as you like. There is nothing to renew.

WHAT THIS IS NOT — READ BEFORE ORDERING
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

✗ Not an app and not a database. It is a spreadsheet. If you need several people editing with permissions and an audit trail, you need software, not me.

✗ No macros or VBA. Everything is formulas. That is deliberate: macros break between versions, get blocked by security settings, and cannot be fixed by you.

✗ It will not connect to your bank, your shop or your marketplace. No live feeds, no API. You type the rows, or paste an export. That is also why it works offline and forever.

✗ Not accounting, tax, legal or investment advice. I build the arithmetic you ask for and write the assumptions down. Judging the result is still you or your accountant.

✗ One round of changes, not unlimited. A real change after you have used it. Beyond that I will quote honestly rather than pretend it is free.

HOW I WORK

I never ask for access to anything. No password, no login, no shared drive, no app permissions, no bank connection. If your data is sensitive, describe the shape of it or send a file with the names and numbers replaced. I can build from that just as well.

And if, after reading your answers, I think one of the $9 files already in my shop would do the same job, I will tell you and refund this order. That has happened before and it will happen again. You are paying for the right file, not for me to be busy.

DELIVERY: within 48 hours to your Etsy order page. You will get a notification the moment the files are there. If your build turns out to need longer, I will tell you before I start rather than deliver late.
