The checklist groups routine prompts into Morning, Home, Meals and Night, with space for Today’s Tasks.
Use the checklist alone or add the optional rewards: score completed tasks by effort, collect Reward Stars and choose rewards that matter to you. The guide uses 1–10 points; a suggested starting exchange is 10 points for one Star, with adjustable thresholds.
