1. Build your trigger map
Each of your buyer triggers becomes an underlying event, then the signals that event produces in public: a trade page going live, an ops job ad, a second warehouse named in shipping info. Each signal ships with the first line it produces.

2. Preflight before you send
Domain warmup, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, daily volume — and where your recipients actually are. US CAN-SPAM, EU and UK GDPR, Canada's opt-in CASL, Australia's Spam Act: the rules follow the inbox, not you.

3. Write the sequence
Four touches, each under 90 words with one interest-based CTA, two A/B subject lines per email, a LinkedIn touch and a 30-second call opener. It exports as a CSV your sending tool reads, so nobody retypes four emails.

4. Scale to a list

HOW TO SET IT UP (about a minute)
1. Download the zip and unzip it. Inside: a START-HERE file, INSTALL steps for Claude, and CHATGPT-SETUP for ChatGPT.
2. Claude app: Settings → Capabilities → Skills → Upload skill (or add the files to a Project). Claude Code: drop the folder into ~/.claude/skills/. ChatGPT: follow CHATGPT-SETUP (copy-paste, about two minutes).

FAQ
Q: How is this different from just asking Claude or ChatGPT?
A: A chatbot writes one email. Q: Isn't cold email illegal now?
A: It depends entirely on where the recipient sits, which is why the skill asks. The United States runs an opt-out regime under CAN-SPAM. The EU and UK need a legitimate-interest basis that genuinely fits the person's role. Canada's CASL is opt-in, so finding an address is not consent, and Australia works on similar lines. Mixed lists get built to the strictest rule that applies.

Q: What if I can't find a hook for a prospect?
A: It says so. No hook means no fake hook. It shows you where the findable signals usually sit for that kind of company, and if there's genuinely nothing, that row gets a role-pain first line that's framed for what it is.

Q: I sent a sequence and it flopped. Can it tell me why?
A: That's the autopsy. Give it sends, bounces, replies and one sample email, and it works six layers top down with the arithmetic shown — over 3% bounces stops the campaign, under about 1% replies is a targeting verdict rather than a copy verdict. It recommends exactly one change, so the next batch teaches you something.
